Dr. Pesek was invited to present his research in iris analysis at the 5th International Congress of Scientific Medicine organized by the World Association for Excellence in Health (AMES). The Congress was held at the Universidad de Aquino Bolivia in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
David was unable to attend because of his commitment to preparation of “OUR” Congress. However, he was able to make his lecture on Holistic Iridology® via a special video presentation in English, while Ovidio Peña, Dip.H.Ir., Spanish Director at ICI, did an interpretation in Spanish for the attendees. So, Dr. Pesek was well represented.
There was a competition in which 20 presentations were given on various research topics focused on advancing the practice of medicine. Dr. Pesek was awarded as the overall winner, Award for Best of Investigation Work for his system of Holistic Iridology®.
The following weekend, the president of AMES, Remberto Hurtado, MD, a vascular surgeon, traveled from Bolivia to the USA to personally present Dr. Pesek with the distinguished awards at “OUR” 17th Annual International Iridology and Integrative Healthcare Congress in Orlando, Florida.
David says he is honored by the recognition and awards. However, he is even more gratified by advancing the acceptance of Holistic Iridology® internationally into the realm of progressive and open-minded physicians.
